Alpha Gamma Delta
Alpha Gamma Delta was founded at Syracuse University in 1904, as an international fraternity for women. Eleven ladies formed a friendship that promoted community service, self-improvement, and religious faith. Since its modest beginnings, Alpha Gam has been enlarging its circle of sisterhood all around the world. Theta Pi gained fifteen woulderful ladies during Fall Rush this year. Theta Pi hosted a bake sale at the Homecoming football game to raise money for the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, which supports juvenile diabetes research. This year Theta Pi held a hayride and two formals, along with many other events. The ladies of Alpha Gamma Delta have worked diligently to incorporate their sisterhood into all aspects of Lambuth life.
